Andrew has been a full-time pastor at Vision Church since June 2007. In August 2016 he was appointed Senior Pastor. Andrew is married to his amazing wife Alison and they have been blessed with four beautiful daughters Annie, Rachel, Lily and Bethany.

Kathryn is a part-time pastor at Vision Church, ordained in July 2014. She oversees various Vision ministries including Women, Children and Prayer. Prior to becoming a pastor Kathryn worked as an Occupational Therapist over a twenty-year period, both in a full time and part time capacity within the public and private health sector, interspersed with raising children at home. Kathryn and her husband Justin were married in 1994 and are blessed to have four daughters.

Adam is a full-time pastor at Vision Church, ordained in July 2014. He oversees the Worship, Youth and Young Adults ministries at Vision. Prior to this, Adam worked for the Department of Health from 2009. Adam and his wife Steph were married in 2008 and they have been blessed with two sons and a daughter.
