Vision CF supports both local and international efforts to express the love of God, help His people and further His Kingdom. We support the following Kingdom activities through relationship, prayer and finance.
MOZAMBIQUE
Steve and Roz Lazar were released from our church in 1999 to become the directors of the Iris Ministries Base in Zimpeto, Maputo. They oversee the care of approximately 500 children and staff associated with the Base which was established in 1995. As well as full-time staff there is a steady stream of short-term volunteers to encourage and direct in the work of the centre.
Pam Cox was released in a similar manner in 2005 to serve the Iris Ministries Centre in Pemba. She assists by running various Schools for local pastors as well as overseas students. She also mentors a number of young Mozambicans from the local region and has responsibility for various base leaders around the world.
THAILAND
Ten years ago, Raelene and Dominik Fechner moved to minister at Agape Home, Chang Mai. The children in the Agape Home are HIV positive and the heartbreak of saying farewell to a little one who has died is common place. However, it is surpassed by the knowledge that the staff (mostly Thai nannies) have been able to love and tenderly care for them during their short lives.
Raelene coordinates all the visiting volunteers and administers Agape’s financial affairs. Dominik is in charge of building projects. His skills are also shared with other orphanages in the area with each working cooperatively to further God’s Kingdom.
CAPITAL HEALING ROOMS
In 2003 Martyn and Ros Ritchard were released from pastoral ministry at Vision to establish a new Canberra-based ministry in the area of healing. They are the current Directors of the Capital Healing Rooms, an independent Christian ministry offering compassionate prayer for those in need of healing in a loving and confidential environment.

OPEN HAND RELATIONSHIPS
Jim and Jean Hatton, currently Vision CF members, teach on the Father Heart of God, family dynamics and counselling techniques throughout Australasia.
MISSION TRIPS
Teams are sent out on an annual basis to Mozambique or Thailand for the purpose of serving the missionaries that have gone to either place from our church. The size of a team can vary from 4 to 15, as does the age range. The length of the Mozambique trip is usually once a month over the December holiday period to assist the orphanage at Zimpeto with its Christmas celebration and out reach. The Thailand trip is shorter in time and usually in July.
We also release teams to travel to build the Kingdom of God through equipping and teaching of local pastors and leaders. India and the Philippines are two countries impacted in this manner.
